Equipment Introduction: This equipment is mainly used for injecting electrolyte into laboratory pouch lithium batteries and is suitable for use in a drying room. During operation, the top-sealed battery is manually placed on the injection fixture. The fixture moves to the injection position, and a vacuum suction cup opens the injection port of the battery. The injection pump injects electrolyte into the battery. After injection, the fixture moves to the vacuum pre-sealing position, the vacuum chamber closes, and the battery is evacuated to the set vacuum level. The sealing cylinder then acts to pre-seal the battery. After sealing, the fixture moves back to the initial position for manual removal of the battery.
