Manually place cased battery cells into the fixture and press them with a pressing plate. The fixture is then transferred by a robotic arm along with the battery cells. On the equipment, the batteries undergo the following processes sequentially: top sealing→side sealing→ bottom sealing→ corner sealing→ insulation testing→ NG sorting. Afterward, the batteries are removed by the robotic arm, and the fixture automatically recycles.
