Equipment Overview:

This machine is designed for the vacuum sealing process of polymer lithium batteries. The battery is placed in the vacuum chamber of the lower chamber's sealing work area. Press the start button, and the upper chamber presses down, closing the vacuum chamber. The vacuum pump starts extracting air, and when the vacuum level in the chamber reaches a certain low set value, the blade activates to puncture the airbag, preventing the battery from coming into contact with air. Once the vacuum level in the chamber reaches the ultimate vacuum, the upper sealing strip activates to seal the battery. After the sealing time elapses, the sealing is completed, the vacuum chamber is filled with air, the vacuum chamber opens, and the sealed battery is removed, completing one work cycle.
