Automatic Shell Punching Machine - copy

During operation, the width-cut aluminum-plastic film roll is placed on the feeding (inflatable shaft) axis. The film passes through guide rollers, punching dies, and onto the feeding table. It is clamped by the feeding clamp cylinder. Pressing the start button initiates the machine, which then punches with the upper die. The feeding cylinder advances to feed the punched aluminum foil forward, where it is cut into the required sizes and collected in the turnover box at the rear.
